Catalytic Generators, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Rowe Corporation, has been acquired by the Standard Ripening Company, Inc. Based in Norfolk, Virginia, Catalytic Generators designs and manufactures proprietary fruit ripening systems and ethylene based ripening liquids that are used to safely accelerate the ripening process for fruits used in the process and grocery markets.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to Rowe Corporation.
