Fab-Tech Industries of Brevard, Inc. (“Fab-Tech”), a manufacturer and fabricator of metal components for the aerospace industry, has been acquired by the investment group Robert V. Silva & Company.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to Fab-Tech.
