(NYSE: COL). ITAC develops cutting-edge capabilities for warfighters that facilitate access to and use of near-real time geospatial and communications intelligence information.
Rockwell Collins is a pioneer in the development and deployment of innovative communication and aviation electronics solutions for both commercial and government applications with expertise in flight deck avionics, cabin electronics, mission communications, information management and simulation and training.
Rockwell Collins acquired all of the stock of ITAC in a $38 million cash transaction. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to ITAC.
