Transaction Announcement: AeroAntenna Technology has been acquired by HEICO

AeroAntenna Technology, Inc. (“AeroAntenna”), a leader in the design and production of high performance active antenna systems, has been acquired by HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI).  Headquartered in Chatsworth, California, AeroAntenna manufacturers antenna systems for critical defense applications, precision guided munitions, commercial aircraft, ground vehicles and other commercial uses.  AeroAntenna is a market leader in numerous antenna types and applications including GPS, aircraft navigation and satellite communications.  The transaction is HEICO’s largest acquisition in company history.  AeroAntenna will become a part of the HEICO Electronic Technologies Group.

PB&W attending the Association of the United States Army (“AUSA”) Annual Meeting & Expo, Oct. 9-11, Washington D.C.

Ted Werner and Nick Berry, Managing Directors at PB&W, will be attending the Association of the United States Army (“AUSA”) 2017 Annual Meeting and Exposition.  The AUSA Annual Meeting is one of the largest land warfare expositions in the world, with over 700 industry and military exhibits and over 26,000 attendees.

The conference will be held on October 9th through the 11th, 2017, in Washington D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Transaction Announcement: Adaptive Methods has been acquired by L3 Technologies

Adaptive Methods, Inc., a leading Undersea Warfare (“USW”) systems engineering company, was acquired by L3 Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: LLL).  Based in Centreville, Virginia, Adaptive Methods delivers USW and Anti-Submarine Warfare (“ASW”) capabilities for U.S. military customers.  It is also developing autonomy and sensor payload solutions for use by Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (“UUVs”).  Additionally, the company provides tactical buoy systems for manned and unmanned platforms, as well as ASW sonar processing systems and displays and command and control/theatre ASW systems.

PB&W Donates to Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief

In response to the widespread devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey in Texas, PB&W has contributed to the Salvation Army to help provide food, emergency shelter, relief supplies and comfort to those affected by the storm.  We encourage both individuals and corporations to also support the charities and critical organizations working to assist those in need.

PB&W Attending NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition, Oct. 10-12, 2017

PB&W will be attending the NBAA (“National Business Aviation Association”) Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (“BACE”).  NBAA-BACE is the world’s largest business aviation industry event and will feature over 1,100 exhibitors and 100 aircraft on display.  The conference will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center and Henderson Executive Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada from October 10th through the 12th, 2017.
