
Ternion Corporation (“Ternion” or the “Company”), a Huntsville, Alabama-based developer of advanced modeling and simulation software, has been acquired by Precise Systems Inc., a portfolio company of Bluestone investment Partners.
Founded in 1989, Ternion develops custom and commercial off-the-shelf simulation solutions for government, commercial aerospace and defense customers using its proprietary, flexible simulation framework, FLAMES®. The Company’s solutions support a broad range of mission-critical applications, including command and control training, mission planning and rehearsal, systems engineering, test and evaluation, experimentation and analysis.
