Canal Wood Products, a South Carolina based manufacture of wood building products, has been acquired by Canal Acquisitions, LLC, the acquisitions subsidiary of Canal Wood Corporation.
Canal Wood Corporation is a diversified Southeast wood products and forestry company that operates lumber yards, distribution centers and timberland.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to Canal Wood Corporation.
