Survival Engineering, Inc. a manufacturer of pneumatic controls and inflation systems, has been acquired by Circor Aerospace Products. Based in Hudson, Wisconsin, Survival Engineering is a leader in the design and manufacture of pneumatic valves, cylinders, hose assemblies, manifolds and other products for the aerospace, marine, defense, industrial inflatables and life raft industries. Applications include marine and aviation life rafts, aviation evacuation systems, inflatable marine craft, emergency shelters and commercial inflation. Survival Engineering will become a part of the Aerodyne Controls division of Circor Aerospace Products.
Circor Aerospace Products, a division of Circor International, Inc. (NYSE:CIR), is a leader in the design, manufacture and test of complex aerospace and defense fluid controls, control and actuation systems and integrated landing gear assemblies.
