Circor Aerospace, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Circor International, Inc. (NYSE: CIR), has acquired Castle Precision Industries (“CPI”). Based in Sylmar, California, CPI is a manufacturer of landing gear components, actuation systems and sub-systems and is a provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for the commercial and military aerospace markets. CPI has more than 20 years of experience in providing landing gear components and repair solutions for commercial aircraft, including the Boeing MD80, 717, 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777 platforms. CPI also has extensive experience in providing aftermarket landing gear component solutions for military aircraft such as the F-18, F-16, F-5, and C-17 platforms.

CPI will become a part of Circor Aerospace, a leading manufacturer of fluid controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, fuel systems, actuation systems and landing gear for the commercial and military aerospace markets.
