Impact Technologies, LLC, a leading provider of Condition Based Maintenance (“CBM”) and Prognostic Health Management (“PHM”) systems, has been acquired by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX). Impact Technologies provides a comprehensive range of products, software and solutions for monitoring, analyzing, isolating, detecting and predicting the performance, health and readiness of helicopters, aircraft, ground vehicles, engine and drive train systems, electronics, actuators, pumps and other mission critical assets. Impact Technologies wide ranging expertise in military and commercial applications encompasses the full spectrum of land, air, space and sea mobility platforms, power generation and industrial process equipment. Key platforms include JSF, EFV, JLTV, Predator, Reaper, M1A1, GCV, F18 FARDS, UH60 and CH47.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of military and commercial helicopters; fixed-wing aircraft; spare parts and maintenance, repair and overhaul services for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft; and civil helicopter operations.
