Moog, Inc. (NYSE: MOGA) has acquired CSA Engineering, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of vibration suppression, precision motion control and noise control systems for the aerospace and defense markets. Based in Mountain View, California, CSA Engineering systems are used in mission critical applications aboard the space shuttle, numerous satellites and space launch vehicles, defense missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles and other aerospace platforms and programs.

Moog is a global leader in the design and manufacture of precision control systems for high-performance applications on military and commercial aircraft, satellites and space vehicles, launch vehicles, missiles, automated industrial machinery, wind energy, marine and medical equipment.

Moog acquired the stock of CSA Engineering for total consideration of $14.8 million. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to Moog.
