Renaissance Electronics & Communications and its subsidiary, HXI (collectively, “Renaissance” or the “Company”) has been acquired by AEM, a portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners.

Renaissnace is a designer and producer of high-reliability passive and active radio frequency (RF) and millimeter wave frequency (mmW) components, subsystems and higher-order assemblies for specialized defense and commercial applications. The Company’s engineered solutions have applications across a wide spectrum ranging from DC to 325GHz, with applications including radar, defense and communications.
