The Litchfield Company of South Carolina L.P. (“LCSC”), a leading provider of real estate brokerage services and property management services in the Grand Strand vacation resort area of South Carolina, has divested Litchfield Real Estate (“LRE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of LCSC. LRE is a leading Southeast provider of real estate brokerage services for resort properties, residential developments and high value residential properties. LRE has been acquired by management and investors through the holding companies Commerce Cove Real Estate, LLC and Litchfield Holdings, LLC.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to LCSC.
