The Litchfield Company of South Carolina L.P. (“LCSC”), a leading provider of real estate brokerage services and property management services in the Grand Strand vacation resort area of South Carolina, has divested The Litchfield Reserve Club, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of LCSC. The Litchfield Reserve Club is the premier private golf club of the coastal Grand Strand area and features the regions only Greg Norman designed course. The Litchfield Reserve Club has been acquired by The Reserve Golf Club of Litchfield, Inc., a corporation formed and owned by the club membership.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to LCSC.
