Twin Commander Aircraft, LLC (“TCA”), the original equipment manufacturer of the Twin Commander twin engine general aviation aircraft, was acquired by Firstmark Corporation (OTC:FIRM). As the owner of the type certificates for all Twin Commander aircraft, TCA is the manufacturer and supplier of proprietary OEM parts such as airframe, landing gear, flight controls and other components in support of the global Twin Commander fleet.
Firstmark is a manufacturer of flight control subsystems and components for military, commercial and civil aircraft as well as custom aviation safety restraint systems.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Philpott Ball & Werner served as advisor to TCA.
