Jake joined PB&W after working as an engineer at Honda Aircraft Company, holding positions as design engineer, stress engineer and materials and processes engineer. He has led and supported a number of sell-side transactions during his tenure at PB&W including clients in the C5ISR, defense electronics, space, simulation and training and aerospace sectors. His background and experience provide further support to clients that produce technical and highly engineered products within PB&W’s focal market sectors. Jake also supports PB&W’s Industrial and Specialty market sectors and advises clients on issues pertaining to maximizing shareholder value and improving internal operations.

Jake graduated with Valedictorian honors from North Carolina State University, where he received a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Business Administration. He is currently a board member of the NCSU Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Advisory Board. As part of his undergraduate education, Jake performed research on smart materials for the U.S. Air Force.

Jake holds his Series 79 and 63 FINRA licenses. He lives in Charlotte and is an avid guitar player and car enthusiast.
